Key Product Management tools in your organization - Vote now!
At Gainsight, we are passionate about developing solutions that foster synergy between Customer Success and Product Management teams. As part of this ongoing endeavor, we integrated Productboard and subsequently included Aha! with our April Release. As we develop our roadmap, we’d like to further understand what Product Management tools your company is using. Thank you to everyone who responded to our initial post regarding this topic. We are targeting more data in a way that will be easier for us to consume, so we’d greatly appreciate it if you could respond again via the poll below. *If your organization uses Productboard or Aha!, we’d still love your input. Gainsight's April/May 2023 - Q1 Release is LIVE [NXT & SFDC]
Gainsight is excited to announce the addition of a few much-anticipated features and enhancements that will improve Admin and User experience. The v6.36 release is live in NXT orgs in the EU as of April 29, and for US customers on May 06. Check out the release notes. Some highlights from the NXT release includeHorizon Rules Engine: Experience the redesigned Horizon Rules Engine with an intuitive and appealing UI. The new and improved Rules Engine will allow admins to build and understand rules easily with an improved data preparation experience, visual action setup and more. Learn more. Product Requests and Aha! Integration: Gainsight’s Product Requests feature and Aha! applications are now integrated bi-directionally. Information will flow seamlessly between Gainsight and Aha! application with this integration making it easier for Product Managers, who use the Aha! application, to collaborate with Customer Success Managers and prioritize customer enhancement requests. What Product Management application is your Product team using?
Gainsight would like to bring synergy between Customer Success and Product Management teams. We believe this will help the CSMs to close the loop with their customers on their Enhancement Requests more efficiently and also help the Product Managers do more data driven roadmap prioritization. This synergy is only possible by having a bi-directional integration between Gainsight and Product Management tools. We already took our first step by building an integration with Productboard (Read more on this here). Next up on our radar is Aha! (We would still like to hear if your organization is using Aha!). We would like to know which other Product Management tools should we be thinking about.

Pulse 2023 just got kicked off by Nick Mehta at the Moscone center stage… and a year and a half sinceinSided, the platform that powers this very GameChanger Community, and some of your Communities have just been renamed Gainsight Digital Hub.Just a rebranding at this point but we promise you, we have some real plans to live up to the promise of that name… including, maybe not to have to jump between two Communities.. we’ll see 🤓 Read all about it on inSided’s… ermm, Gainsight DH’s CommunityinSided platform becomes Gainsight Digital Hub!
Playbook Permissions for NXT: Read-only
Posting on behalf of a customer It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to limit users ability to edit and delete playbooks on Gainsight NXT. We have located similar posts regarding this being able to be done on the SFDC version of Gainsight but it does not appear that this is currently available. We understand you can limit the ability with Permission Bundle’s > Navigation so users cannot access Playbooks, but it would be extremely helpful to limit users ability to edit and delete playbooks, essentially giving them a “read only” permission for them.

Switch to the Supported Browsers for Optimal Survey Experience
Hi All, As part of the upcoming changes, effective July 23rd, the Survey landing page will no longer be supported on Internet Explorer (IE) browsers. It is strongly recommended that survey participants use a supported browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge to ensure a seamless and optimal experience while submitting their responses. This change is aligned with Microsoft's official announcement of the end of life (EOL) for IE. Zoom App (for US) now available!
Thanks @manu_mittal and team for ringing this good news …..After a long wait, we're happy to share that our Zoom App (for US only) is now live in the Zoom App Marketplace! We anticipated this approval to occur a lot sooner, but Zoom has a pretty elaborate review process!Since Zoom doesn't allow the same app to point to two different servers, we've submitted a separate EU app for approval. We expect this to be approved in the next couple of weeks, and we'll update you once we've received the EU approval. Once approved and published, you'll see two apps in the marketplace: Gainsight App for Zoom, and Gainsight EU App for Zoom. Important to note because this is different from the login flow in our mobile app and Gmail/Outlook plugins.Thanks for your patience!

Some highlights from the NXT release include:📨 Log Journey Orchestrator Emails as Timeline Activities: CSMs can view all automated emails sent to their customers as Activities in Timeline. These automated emails help CSMs to drive discussions, use as reference and elicit responses from their customers during meetings. Need inputs -- Supporting multi-valued attributes in Connectors
I am Ritesh Sharma, a new product manager in the connectors team. One of the features that we are working on is enabling support of multi-valued attributes (or array type) in connectors. If someone is interested in sharing the use cases with me, please feel free to comment with insights. We can even set up a discussion to understand those use cases.Things that we are looking for are:1. Connector Name2. What type of multi-valued attribute is to be integrated? Is it an array of strings or array of objects?3. If it is an array of objects, a sample json would be of great help4. How is this data used in Gainsight (e.g. available in dashboard or used for reporting etc.)
