Hello CSMs,

I am a Senior Product Manager at Gainsight. I am researching how CSMs are consolidating product feature requests (enhancements/new features) from your customers and share them with your product team.

I want to set up 30/45 min calls to understand your existing workflow on handling feature requests from your accounts and if Gainsight can do anything to simplify this process.
