How to remove 'stage' options

Hello - I’m reasonably new to GS, and was simply wondering would someone be able to advise me how to remove stages so for talks sake: Launched, Adopting, Churn etc. How can I remove options in the stages?

@BoyleCC You can go to data management and click on dropdowns to see the list of available dropdown lists. From there please select the appropriate one which you wish to change and add new ones or inactive the existing ones. But you cannot delete existing ones.
