We have a manual Scorecard that provides a health of the customer as Red, Amber, Green. How can I 1. Create a summary of the number of customers by Red, Amber, Green 2. Email this report on weekly basis?

There are several ways you could get these results, though you’ll need to be using the Horizon Analytics Reporting feature set to accomplish the weekly email requirement (talk with your Gainsight contact for clarification as to that availability to you).
If I were developing a report for scores by Red, Yellow, Green, I would use the Unified Scorecard Fact table as base object for my Report, then:
- Show Me: COUNT of Company ID
- Group By: Current Score ID > Label
- Filter: Measure ID > Name equals the measure you’re interested in charting, or perhaps you want Overall Score
That should give you the number of customers within each scoring Label. And this may inspire you on other slices of the data you want; your options are boundless.
