Hi there! I'm Lindsay & I live in south FL. I've been working in SaaS for over 10 years & was fortunate to find a career in Customer Success early on. After 5 years of managing a team of CSMs, I made a career switch into CX operations and absolutely love it! Outside of work, I spend time with my daughter, husband, 2 dogs, & extended family. I always look forward to a good glass of red wine & love to cook. We love to hike and occasionally rock climb in the mountains of western North Carolina, & hope to one day call it home!
