I started my CX Operations journey about 4 years ago at ActiveCampaign, diving deep into customer surveys, process improvements, system administration, voice of customer, and customer advocacy programs. I recently joined Automox as the second member of the CX Operations team. I'm very excited to continue learning and being a part of this evolving field. I'm a husband to an amazing wife and a father of two children, 4 and 1. I enjoy strength training, playing guitar, and photography but for now, my kids take up most of my free time.
