The first 30 minutes is dedicated to reviewing the strategy and best practice recommendations for workflows in Gainsight. We also dive into how to categorize your customers to measure the impact of COVID on their business.

The final 60 minutes is focused on walking through the how-to for building these assets within your Gainsight instance. The solution includes a Mas Edit Scorecard, Timeline, CTAs, Dashboards and Journey Orchestrator. 

 

We've also built the ability for you to deploy parts or all of that configuration in Gainsight, so you don't need to build it yourself. We recorded a video here that describes how to use the deployment feature, called Solutions Marketplace, and walks through this COVID-19 configuration that's available to deploy.
