What is the VCAM about?
- Gainsight is actively engaged in enhancing the user experience of its timeline feature by leveraging generative AI. This innovative approach will enable Timeline users to efficiently locate relevant information within the extensive repository while also streamlining the execution of complex and recurring tasks. Our team plans to commence this project in June, aiming to complete it within a single sprint.
- Internally, the team has conducted multiple brainstorming sessions to identify and evaluate various use cases. We highly value the input of our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and would appreciate their insights into the most critical and time-consuming tasks they encounter on a daily basis. Gathering these inputs will enable us to generate new ideas and validate our shortlisted concepts, ensuring that we prioritize the most urgent problems to address during the upcoming sprint.
What is the Agenda of the VCAM?
- Brainstorm generative AI use cases for Timeline and identify key tasks for CSMs to automate/support.
What outcome are you looking for as part of this VCAM?
- A priority list of use cases for Timeline that can be taken up in the upcoming Sprint.
