Help adding an ARR difference on ARR trending

Hello! We are looking to integrate Zendesk with Gainsight, either directly or via SFDC. I’d like to discuss what is involved in this process, how long it usually takes, and any helpful resources that I can use to guide me. 

 

To add more context - we are not looking to (at least at the moment) have our Gainsight users interact with Zendesk tickets via Gainsight or SFDC, but rather want to be able to have counts of tickets filed associated with each of our customers, resolution time, etc so that we can start monitoring student interaction with our support team and consider factoring it into our health scores.

I have a report that produced from a successful merge between CTA Group and Success Plan Object. However i need to add another object GS Meta info, and looking for assistance in the steps when i already have 2 merged objects and need to bring in a third. Thanks!
