Are there any work arounds to included a timestamp on a field update - we want to know when the last time a field on the attributes page was manually updated

Hey Scott - I am curious if there is a way to auto close CTAs when all the tasks are closed.

Is there a setting for this?

Hi Scott,

A user of mine who is a super admin is unable to send a Survey. I do the same exact steps and I am able to do it, but when she does it, it gives her an error saying expired. deleted, or don’t have permission. I checked the survey and she has all the permissions granted and I am able to send the survey so it is obviously not expired or deleted…

Where can I find the data fields that sync to the C360? I am having trouble reconfiguring the Summary section in the C360 and I sent a support ticket.

Hi @sdrostgainsightcom, should I try the “real time sync” option for the “Next Contract Effective Date” field within connector 2.0?
