We would like to create a program to remind new customers to schedule an appointment with an advisor. The Conditional Wait is configured as:

Event = Link Not Clicked (calendar link)
Condition = Case Owner not equal to Support
Time Limit up to 4 days 

The additional condition is to prevent customers from receiving repeating emails if they have already booked an appointment. Would this configuration work? Would it cause any issues with customers getting multiple emails as condition is being evaluation every 11 hours?

We recently got acquired by another software company and we are sending emails from 2 email domains still. It is possible to adjust our email configuration in gainsight to be able to use email to timeline from either domain name?

We would like to create a program to promote upcoming webinar events hosted via zoom. What is your recommendation to set this up? We’d like the emails to flow like this -

  1. Send Invite Email
  2. Send follow-up email to unregistered contacts (if not possible send to un-opened)
  3. Send a date reminder email to those who have registered. Then a reminder right before the event.
  4. Follow up with recording

Seems like this is possible with a few different programs running but wanted to see if there were any tips / best practices you would recommend!
