Hi Scott, 

My Real Time rule is giving me grief as you can see from the support history.  I think the combination of a real-time rule and a real time sync on the same field is causing us to blow past our events limit in SFDC.

Here is what I'm trying to accomplish....

  • Monitor changes in Field X,  if Field Y is null 
  • When Field X changes and Field Y is null, update Field Y with the date 
  • When Field Y is populated with the date is will now be excluded from rule 
  • See my only Real Time rule for details 

Do you think we could build a rule to achieve the same thing using Bionic rules since the real time rule isn’t working?

I have implemented a Success Snapshot and some of the tables intermittently show a “Data Unavailable” message. The message originally appeared on SFDC tables but seemed to magically render after awhile however, I am still having the issue with Gainsight MDA objects.
