Hi Baji,

According to the Gainsight documentation, the limit for Bulk APIs is mentioned as 10 calls per hour/100 per day. I would like to confirm if this limit applies to hitting a single API or if it encompasses multiple API endpoints.

 

Could you please provide further details in how the limit is enforced? Specifically, I would like to understand if this limit is counted on a per-endpoint basis or if it is a cumulative count across all API calls made within the defined time frames.

Hi @baji_bathula,

 

I’d like a rule to evaluate if a CTA should trigger every 90 days after a license start date (+90d, +180d, +270d, etc), rather than every quarter.  The difference is a designated date every quarter could potentially dump 100s of CTAs per CSM in a single rule run, whereas license start date should be (almost) evenly spread through the months.  I’m looking for any suggestions from the team on what would be the best way to implement this.  Thanks!
