Gainsight Activity Synched with Salesforce. ¨Internal/External Attendees¨ is shown always in English, Is there any option to translate in other languages?

Gainsight Activity Sync with Salesforce Spacing in the emails - When the touchpoint is synchronized into Salesforce, the client receives an email looking like the following. Also the Weblinks are not shown correctly.

Same task generated manually from Salesforce looks correct.

Is it possible to create a new field on Activity to get from a list of records the case related to the activity?

Also, I would like to know if this fields can be mapped with Related To field on Salesforce Task.
