Hi guys, I would like to investigate how to do a report that generates a stacked bar chart that compares Jan onboarding figures from 2018 and 2019 side by side.

Would also like to discuss how to set up a new field which captures the time inbetween two date fields. Thanks.

Would also like to look into why a report is showing an incomplete set of data in the chart (report name Our No.of Salons (Cumulative)

Hello All,

One area I would be interested in is if/how can we run exception reports in Dashboards to drive action? My business case is around on-boarding new users and is as follows:

Every month we sign up several hundred new product users - their info is stored across multiple objects. The unique identifier is their email address. I'd like to create a dashboard for our training team to be able to quickly see the below and take action:

-user characteristics - do they belong to a strategic account? Are they defined as Execs sponsor, power users etc (SFDC/Person/Company Person object)

- have they started using our products? (product usage object)

- what products have their company purchased (revenue object)

- have they done any training? (Training object)

- have they attended webinars (webinars object)

- have we touched them via timeline (TL) or outreach (JO)?

For example – to show all users created in the last 14 < x > 90 days who haven’t started using our Type A products, have done no training but we have sent them webinar invite yet they have not joined. Maybe filter this down by strategic accounts.

I have created bionic rules to see the varied scenarios and then merge all datasets into one output file with the email as the unique identified, but I have not been able to achieve the same in dashboards. Is there a way to achieve this?

Thanks in advance

Katerina
