Hi Spencer!

I'm hoping to learn how to trigger CTAs based on changes in individual health score metrics (not the overall health score). We've gotten close, but I'm missing something that's allowing us to trigger CTAs on the specific metric. Let me know if you can help!

Our Engineering team brought up the SFDC admin topic again. I'm interested in talking about setting up a non-human SFDC user as the Gainsight Admin for OAuth.

Separately also interested in use cases for CloudHealth integration.
