HIRING: Manager, Customer Success (Scaled/Pooled/Digital-Led)

Hi Community! We’re transitioning our SMB team to a pooled model and we’re looking for an experienced Manager to lead the team. Ideally, this person has experience with Gainsight and launching a pooled, digital led model. 

 

We’re also hiring for a Manager, Enterprise Customer Success as well as a Retention Specialist for our SMB team. I’ll put a plug here for that as well!
