Where did the email chain go?

Hey all,



I am looking to try out the new Email Chain functionality for Advanced Outreaches. Specifically, we wanted to try the new features of Conditional Wait. However, when I go to make a new AO, there are only options for survey outreaches. The email chain option is totally gone.



Anyone else seeing this?

Same thing in my instance - maybe it's related to the release?

We are investigating this in support as I am seeing the same in my local org and we have had a few customers report this after the release today. Feel free to reach out to us but I will try to update this post when I have an update.

As an update, if you aren't seeing email chain in the model dropdown and haven't already, please reach out to support@gainsight.com as have identified a fix for this.
