Gainsight Real Time Notifications.

The notification setting at the Admin level is set :

But the real-time notification is schedular is not running. I checked on the Scheduled Jobs section within Salesforce , Looks like it suddenly stopped:

For now, we have restarted the schedular by first disabling and the re-enabling.

What would a permanent solution to this?

I’ve encountered this before and was able to resolve by disabling and re-enabling. I suspect it something to do with permissions or a refresh on the SFDC side. I’ve also found that the Daily notifications are consistently kept on the schedule - so I have both daily and real-time enabled.
