When a customer moves to "Inactive", is there a way to active him again ?


When a customer moves to "Inactive", how to get them back to active please ?

@agnes richard Are you talking about the Status? If so, in C360> Summary Widget> Edit Summary> set the status to Active.

Are you using the Status or Stage attribute on company to track this @agnes richard  ? If yes, you can edit the value of these attributes from Data-Operations or Company tabs under administration
