Tying completion of engagement to a trigger. (onboarding)


I am interested in creating a guided onboarding flow using gainsight. Imagine a checklist (KC bot) which contains 5 different items that we want customers to do. Imagine a guided tour (engagement) per checklist item.

The issue that I’m currently facing is to tie the end of an engagement to a particular trigger that it gets marked as complete only once that trigger is achieved. That trigger can be a custom event raised / CSS element that gets visible on the screen.

(Don’t want the item to be marked as complete once the user has seen the last page/screen of the engagement.)
