Speed up product mapper backfill

The current backfill takes quite a bit of time making it difficult to answer questions quickly. I’d be very happy if it worked a little faster. :)

@jared2095  🙂 I agree that this being an async process doesn't give immediate results. But with the concept that we have of backfill which is like a time machine, it does take time depending on how many events to process etc.  We are working on doubling down on the infrastructure to help speed and we should see improvements coming by end of this year.
