SmartSigns for relationship level

We collect support usage data on a relationship level. Currently, how healthy is a good amount of support tickets filed by the customer is purely a guesstimate. It would be great if we can understand thresholds for red, green or yellow by reviewing the bell curve for overall the customer pool. 

Thanks for this. We do have the support of smart signs in the scorecard roadmap. It is not however there in the short term roadmap(3 months). We will keep you posted regarding the timeline regarding when it will be available.
