Outlook plugin track to CTA


Currently using the plugin enables the user to add the sent e-mail to the timeline of the specific customer account in Gainsight. This is not always helpful or making the information easy to find later on.

I received a request from an internal resource to enhance the plugin in order to have the sent e-mail pinned directly to a specific CTA? Ideally the user would be given all available CTAs on that account to chose from, directly in Outlook.
