It’s a frustrating and time consuming experience when Test/Preview email sends don’t deliver while trying to validate a program.
Sometimes they come through instantly, sometimes it takes 5, 20, 60+ minutes. I understand the delay may be on our internal mail server, but that’s not always the case. In one example, I sent two previews to myself with a recipient email address populated, I’ve yet to receive those. I changed the To address to my own, and received them within about 10 minutes.
It would be good to be able to view a log of these attempts to determine if it’s something I need to raise an internal ticket to investigate or a Gainsight support ticket as it is expected that emails will always deliver.
