We’re currently getting more team members involved in building and editing engagements. We’ve run into some edits not being saved because another user is also editing the engagement at the same time.
- I think the best option would be that if a user has an engagement open for editing, that it is locked from another user being able to open that engagement. Of course, the other user should receive a message that the engagement is currently open for editing by another user.
- Another option would be to at least have a notification when you open an engagement if another user also has that engagement open.

Alternatively, perhaps both people could see the live changes at the same time (similar to people working on a shared Google Doc or Microsoft document at the same time).
