Knowledge Center Analytics - Include Web Links


Please include web links in the analytics for the knowledge center. We would like to see how many users click the link for our online help. As a bonus, it would be nice to see which URL they are on when they click it.

 

Super disappointed that this is missing...


Also disappointed to find this missing. Especially since we aren’t currently able to integrate our Confluence knowledge base and articles functionality is subpar. This means the only way to connect our knowledge base to the KC bot is by linking to it. 

 

This data is critical for understanding whether or not the KC bot is useful for our clients.
