When using the relationship / customer search, the current limit is only 4 fields. We currently have a large number of fields as well as a number of different relationship types that would like different criteria. Ultimately, would be nice to have some sort of way to have a different search for each relationship type, but at a minimum need more fields to display in the search. These fields do NOT need to be searchable, as they are just attributes that helps determine the right product card.
For example, CSM, Tier, Relationship Status (Active, Churned, Inactive), among others that would be helpful, but wouldn’t be something that you’d necessarily search for.
Secondarily, when searching would be helpful if there was a way to edit the text / colors if a product card and/or customer is churned, active, etc. Right now it’s very tough to identify in the current search when there are multiple cards for a single customer that are very similar.
