If a CSM logs a calendar activity via Gainsight Assist and then a matching Gong call comes in, the “Logged” status reverts back to “Add Activity”.
It needs to stay as “Logged” so CSMs can keep track of calendar events they have logged in timeline.
Gong Integration: Keep calendar entries as "Logged" (via Gmail Assist) when merged with a Gong timeline entry
