We recently rolled out an external dashboard for use for broader members of our organization that don’t have Gainsight licenses. The direct link/URL works just fine, but once the link is clicked on and the dashboard loads, the URL updates and that new link is not shareable across team members. Is there a reason why the original URL does not remain constant or that the updated link is not shareable? We have a high volume of people reaching out with claims that they do not have access to the dashboard when in fact they are just using the updated URL.
