When building a rule to create a CTA it would be great to have a checkbox option that will tell rules to ignore case reassignment rules so CTA's aren't reassigned to the wrong user or queues.
Maybe somewhere during the setup action:
Checkbox to ignore case auto-assignment rules option in rules engine when creating a CTA.
