What are some other methods for our Executive team who do not have Gainsight licenses or the limited licenses to see data from the CSMs who work within Gainsight other than Chatter?

Our executive team finds Chatter to be difficult to use to scroll through to find EBR or QBR notes year over year. Thanks!
Can we go over how to use and set up Box for our CSMs? The articles online only takes me so far. Thanks!

We actually only have Office Hours on Thursdays. So our next session will be on the 20th at 11am PST/1 pm CST. I am going to be making a Community post shortly.
