Ability to add an extra step in rating survey

It would be great if we had the ability to add a 2nd star rating question to a single engagement.

Currently, we have a rating survey, feedback, and thank you(optional) steps under a single rating survey engagement.

@srinivas myakala thank you for bringing this up here. We need to check this out.

I would love the extra step on the rating survey--- but the flexibility/ option to be able to have the rating (CSAT) and then follow up with NPS so we can ask the two questions at one time -- how do you feel about the product / how do you feel about the company….
