I would like to link/create a CTA other than risk. Task would be great!

Can you give me a use case of what other CTA type would you like to have for a support ticket?  However i would wait to see how many customers have similar request. It will help me prioritise this item on the roadmap.

I would like to have a task CTA. This makes more sense than a risk CTA for us in the use case of a CSM needing to get back to a customer on something. It isn't as dire as a risk CTA.
One problem we are having is that the team can only create RISK CTAs, however the nature of our business (and I think many of your customers) is that the support team also uncover many other things such as upsell opportunities, follow ups etc. We would really love this ability
Is there any consideration for this still or was this implemented? I can see multiple different use cases that this would be useful for.
