Is there a way we can make some of the existing timeline activity fields to allow information in bul

For example, for the type weekly status meeting, there are fields such as "work completed Last week, Upcoming Work, and Current Issues" only allow limited information (short sentence). It would be helpful to allow these fields to be accept information in bullet point format or making "Notes' area movable.

For example , few of the activity types have fields:





work completed Last week, Upcoming Work, and Current Issues. These fields dont allow long text (paragraphs, or text which may involve multiple decisions). Due to which our team stopped using these fields and added all information in the Notes area.





Also, having the capability to allow multiple line text in these fields will help in analyzing results when reporting. Seperate columns added in the Timeline usage report. Currently all information is present in Notes area which makes it difficult to scan information in one go.





Unfortunately, Timeline Notes area doesnot allow adding a set template which gets added into Notes section so that users can start adding in information. Currently, due to the lack of its flexibility, information is added in free form.

Valid use-case and for it we plan to give templates in notes in future. We don't have plans to give long text capability in custom fields.
