reorder, and subordinate CTA Tasks where Due Date = NA

Related products: None

I am working with a customer who has brought up a valid point regarding how CTA tasks currently order themselves. Currently, if a CTA task has a due date of NA, it is displayed above the tasks that have specified due dates. If a user had the ability to select their preference in how tasks were organized by date, and how to handle tasks where Due Date = NA, that would be ideal. Is this something that is feasible or on the roadmap?
Can you just have them change Task display order to Playbook Order instead of Due Date?  Assumedly they would add the tasks in the order in which things should be completed.
We had gone through the workflow outlined in this post, to make sure manually created CTAs show in the correct order as the automated tasks: https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/add-the-ability-to-manually-change-the-order-of-tas...

The downside was having the N/As listed above the ones with dates populated, so we changed it back. These tasks are all based on the previous one being completed.
Hi All, Since this is working as expected, changing this to an idea post and pushing to Product team.

Thanks for posting
We've recently run into this as well. We have several use cases where task due dates are based on the completion of the previous task. Because we are using task due date to sort our playbooks - these tasks are showing with No Due Date at the top of the list. Ideally they'd show at the bottom and then update with a date as tasks are being completed. It's very confusing to have them shown at the top.

What impact will changing the task display order from task due date to playbook order have on the system? We have 2000+ open CTAs and 100+ playbooks. Thanks!
