Transactions not recognized for an Account unless there is at least one 'new business' type oppty!

We have this situation with few of our customers. The sub-division of the parent company is a new account in SF.com but they will not have a 'new business' type oppty. In this case, the oppty's are booked in SF.com as 'Existing Business - Upsell' type but GainSight does not recognize under Transactions in C360.

@Srikanth, Do you want a transaction type to be recognized in C360 page? Yes, it is possible. 

We will definitely help you in this regards. We want to know, how are you loading your Transactions into Gainsight?
