Reactivation of activity type from Global level

When selecting the activty types from active to not active and then back to active from the Global set up, the re activation does not happen at the account or reationship level, can this be updated?

Hi Amanda,

Changing the activity type from Active to InActive (or vice-versa) at the global level will have no impact at account level or relationship level setting. The global level setting is only used to decide whether to show the activity type in Global Timeline. 

Can you please elaborate on the use case?

Got it, I thought the global level was the hierarchy of the activity.  Thanks for the response.
