I really like the Gainsight 360 view that was just released. It would be awesome if in the support ticket section that the ticket ID or subject linked to the ticket on the gainsight support website. This would make it really easy to see where the ticket is at and quickly make any updates.
I think we should be able to accomplish this via a new field that is populated on the section that is shown in the G360. Can you confirm that the URL for you as an end user looks something like this? Please correct it if it's incorrect:
