Filter not working in Success snapshot

Customer created a report and wanted to include in success snapshot. When navigated to the snapshot builder and tried to filter for individual customer, the select filter is hidden and doesn't allow to filter by Account ID or Account Name like other reports.

This report is being built on Scorecard Fact table which is not having any fields with SFDC mapping.

Highlighted part(fliter) is hidden and doesnt allow to filter.
