Enhancement: Automate sending of Email when customer completes survey

Would like to have a survey response automatically emailed to an email address or distro list when a client completes and submits a survey

Scott, you are going to love our Advanced Outreaches functionality, which was released in May!! It allows you to create a survey outreach "model," which can include this automated response you want, as well as a heads-up message to the intended recipients and reminder to non-respondents. Not really what I am looking for. I just want the ability to send the completed survey to internal management members. I am not looking to send reminders to non-respondents

I am also looking for a way to notify the CSMs and their Managers that a customer completed a survey. While I can show this in a report, real time alerts help escalate things and also facilitate "shout outs" for positive responses.
