Are there plans to add Success Plan information as something a user can query through Sally for Slack? There's a huge need for it in our org that would really drive Gainsight to be the source of truth for all customer info.
Thanks for the request. Querying success plan information is on Sally roadmap and we understand it helps in cross-team collaboration as anyone in the company can access this information via Slack. Although important, we would prioritize this item based on broader interest seen among the customers.
