In an Email Assist playbook task, what is the "Email Last Opened On" field supposed to show? I have only ever seen "N/A" even when the email has been opened several times. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
You should see the latest date on the which the email was opened. Can you please create a support ticket for this issue plus the issue you mentioned in this post about not seeing email open data. We will then diagnose the root cause.
