Connect LRM Transactions to Relationships

We use LRM 1.0 and find it invaluable. I know not everyone uses it, but the chaining of transactions makes our retention reporting so much easier. Our finance team often comes directly to us for any of this kind of data because -- through LRM 1.0 -- we have the absolute best view of what's happening over time with an account.

When setting up a new transaction it would be great if we could select 1 or more relationships to which that transaction applies. We have clients who buy different products, sometimes on different subscription terms. It would be great to have the relationship know what transactions it was related to for (at a minimum) term and ARR.

With that we could then (conceivably) include the transactions section on the r360 view and see the relevant transactions for that relationship.

Hi Jeffrey

Currently, no enhancements are being planned for LRM 1.0.

LRM 2.0 supports bringing in data at the product level but doesn't support relationships out of the box. If your relationships are also split by product, then you could use LRM 2.0 and show Product level revenue details on the corresponding Relationships. However, LRM 2.0 doesn't support manual entry of transactions. Please see if this meets your needs.
