In a customer journey if they have accomplished Step A at date A1 we send an email. We want to send another email when customer reached Step B at date B1. The particpants can be filtered only once which says that the customer has completed step A or not. Then we can send nag emails if they have opened the email or not or clicked the link or not, we should be able to filter participants saying if they completed Step B or not

Hi Jahnavi, With the Winter release we are giving the Snapshot view, May be this will help you.
Users can click the number of participants to view the list of participants that have passed through each step of the AO. This view of participants is similar to the Participant Activity view .

Thanks for posting.

Does it have the ability to change the criteria at each step?

Hi Jahnavi, you are able to set conditional criteria at each step and decide to send the participant down a separate step to either receive an email message, fire a CTA and then return to the journey or end the program.

Does this provide you with the flexibility you need?

Hi Dan,

You can help me out here. So my use case is that my first email goes out on Day 1 and then wait for three days and on Day 3 check the condition and if condition matches after three days send the email.

Joe and I were trying this and conditional criteria just checks at random (could be 15 mins or 5 mins) so it would send out Day 3 email on Day 1 itself if it matches the criteria.

And if there is something I have mis understood please correct me.

Regards,
Jahnavi

In that case, you would use a wait timer set for 3 days after your first email and before your conditional wait. See example below:

Thanks Dan. Haven't tried this but this definitely looks like problem solving solution
