Kicking off some of our first CoPilot email campaigns and looking for the most efficient way to create powerlists. We have up to 4 different Technical Contacts we need to reach out to - are we required to create 4 different powerlists & 4 outreaches? Looking to see best practices in consolidation.
I am trying to get Scorecard 2.0 working. The widget in the C360 says Scorecard Not Configured but we have one created. Also, our Rules to push data to Scorecard 2.0 are returning valid results but the Actions are not pushing the scores into Scorecard 2.0. I would like to review the process for turning it on to make sure that I have it set up correctly and did not miss anything.
