Admin: Is it possible to see what rule/data import/etc. that creates records/CTAs?

Good Morning-

We're having an ongoing issue that's being worked to a resolved end state, but it gave me an idea:

Why is it not possible for an Admin/Super Admin to be able to see the creation path for objects/MDA records/CTAs/etc. in Gainsight?

i.e. We have duplicate records.  What is creating the record and when was it created?

A CTA fired erroneously.  What rule/MDA record triggered it?

This would greatly decrease debugging time and make the workflow of Gainsight infinitely more user friendly.

We do this manually today, it would be awesome if you could track it back automatically. We add "To see the (whatever) that made this CTA, look here: <link>

We've toyed around with making a style guide for rules, as well as guidelines for rule reviews.

A flowchart style would be super helpful.

If a CSM says "hey, this CTA shouldn't have been assigned to me, as that account is no longer mine", have a functionality where if you're logged in as a SuperAdmin, you can see the "Creation Path" or something along those lines that shows when/how/etc. it was made.

We manually create flowcharts every time we create a rule, outreach, etc. But if this was in place - it would make debugging so much easier!! Great idea :D

Also, please do try the new Rules Advanced Search Filters (recently released) that let you search by the rule action, source object, target object and more!

In this case you can filter down to show only the rules that have CTA Creation as an action (to start with).
