As we start seeing broader use and capabilities in Timeline it would be awesome if we could add capabilities in the My Notification settings to send notifications if a new Timeline entry is added on a customer that the user is following.
Thanks for the update on this. More advanced notification options would be very helpful as we start to have more user groups leveraging Gainsight. Right now, a CSM is not updated when a technical account manager logs a timeline activity or creates a new CTA on an account. A separate communication is needed to inform the CSM which adds additional work.
