Hi community!
We have an in-app NPS survey for our customers. Based on their score, we would love to have different wordings for the open text box.
However, right now we can only choose on text for the open text box. Therefore, we cannot personalize this based on their score.
Does anyone know if this is possible or a feature request is created? Thank you!!!

Today it cannot be customised but we are working on bringing in Survey Branching in Multi Question Survey where you would be able to show Steps based on the responses received on current step.
In Multi question survey you would be able to run a 10 scale rating survey and based on the responses received on the rating you can ask follow-up question.
Note: The Multi Question today doesn’t support NPS what I essentially mean here is you can float a 10 scale rating question, but the analytics will not be showing NPS results rather would be giving you average responses.
