Is there a way to prioritize Engagements?

I’ve had a Dialog engagement with a product announcement running for all users for some time.

Now, I am about to run a second Dialog engagement with an important update that is targeting a subset of my users. This second engagement is more important (for these users) than the first one. These users will see both engagements and that’s a confusing/overwhelming experience. I will have to make some major adjustments to the audience definitions in order to avoid showing both engagements.

How do I make sure that users only see one engagement at a time?

Gainsight PX has recently released priority groups. You can find more information about how to prioritize engagements via this link: https://support.gainsight.com/PX/Engagements/02Engagement_Configuration/Prioritize_Engagements

To define how many engagements a user gets to see over time, you can use the throttling settings. More info on this here: https://support.gainsight.com/PX/Engagements/03Engagement_Types/Anatomy_of_Engagements#Engagement_Throttle_Settings (engagements can also be set to ignore these settings).
